# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The roasted toasty notes make it feel like dessert without any of the sugar crash
  • Its become my go to when I want something cozy at 3pm but still need to sleep tonight
  • Takes literally five minutes but feels like a treat from a specialty cafe
02 -
  • Sifting the hojicha powder before whisking prevents those stubborn clumps that never quite dissolve
  • Overheating the plant milk can change its texture and make it harder to create that silky foam
  • The drink continues to develop flavor as it sits so give it a quick stir between sips
03 -
  • Invest in a good quality hojicha powder because cheaper brands can taste stale or bitter
  • The drink is naturally sweet from the vanilla so start with less sweetener than you think you need
